Introduction to TP-WNS series:
TP-WNS series is hull type horizontal tri-backhauling internal combustion boiler which is designed by our professional technical team; we use most advanced technology from home and abroad and combined with practical experiences.
It is a fully automatic boiler; the fist backhauling is for the fuel to be atomized by the burner and the flame will fill the entire waveform drum and through the drum wall to transfer the radiant heat.
The high temperature smog is produced from combustion and is concentrated in back combustion chamber and turn into second backhauling, after heat exchanged by convection, the smog temperature gradually lower and will go into the front smog chest and reach to third backhauling to pass through rear smog box and then to chimney to exhausts smokes to the atmosphere.
This series of steam boilers can greatly promote the boiler’s efficiency, save oil / gas consumption and lower the operational cost, and enhancing the safety. WNS boiler is human oriented with safer automatic intelligent control, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental friendly it is convenient in maintenance and durable.

Structure of the boiler
1. WNS boilers use horizontal tri-backhauling wet back structure with threaded smoke tube. Adopting wetback downstream design can prevent smoke box’s temperature to be too high.
2. The furnace adopts the most advanced domestic structure---corrugated furnace, which can increase the heat transfer area and the stability of the furnace.
3. The smoke tube adopts high efficient heat transfer component—threaded smoke tube. It raises the heat transfer coefficient of the smoke tube. The volume of the boiler can be further decreased.
Boiler production
1. The main pressure units of the boiler are produced strictly by the national rules and standards of “Safety and technique supervision regulation of Steam Boiler” and “General technical conditions of industrial boiler”. The
factory has passed ISO9001 by quality system authentication of English Moody Company. The manufacturing process is supervised by our excellent production team in the factory.

Automatic controlling system
(1) Controlling system which includes alarm system and security protection system and they are interlocked installed. The boiler security protection system and controlling system can be obviously divided.
(2)The combustion control and safe operation are controlled by the sequencer it has the following 5 functions.
A. Front blowing and sweeping in the hearth.
B. Automatic ignition program protection.
C. Locking and protection program of operation completion.
D. Fire extinction protection program
E. Complete protection program.
3..The protection of the boiler security:
(1) Sound-light alarm of ignition failure.
(2) Sound-light alarm of combustion engine malfunction.
(3) Sound-light alarm of low air pressure.
(4) Sound-light alarm of high steam pressure.
(5) Sound-light alarm of super high water level, low water level and super low water level.
(6) Sound-light alarm of combustion engine extinguishing.
(7) Blowing out when the combustion engine motor is over loaded.
(8) Interlocked protection of the boiler and the water inlet pump.
(9) One water-pump and one spare pump.
(10) Protection and alarm of super high and super low pressure of the gas.
(11) Gas leakage alarm. The leakage of the valves can be automatically checked.
(12) The boiler can be stopped automatically when the combustion engine has malfunctions.
(13) The boiler can stop automatically when the steam pressure is too high.
(14) The boiler can stop automatically when the water level is too low.
(15) The boiler can stop automatically when the power of security interlock is cut off.
